ICON is a volunteer-run nonprofit. We keep our refund policy simple.
Event Tickets
Event tickets are non-refundable. If something specific comes up — the event conflicts with an emergency, you were charged in error, or another unusual circumstance — please contact us and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
Membership
Membership dues are non-refundable.
Everything Else
Aside from event tickets and membership dues, ICON does not charge for anything on this site.
